Our national executive departments consist of the Sadr (president), three Naibeen( vice presidents), the General Secretary, and secretaries of the various Shoobah (offices). Below are some of our national offices. Tap on the specific one you want to view.

This is department is responsible for assisting our Sadr in all administrative matters. This includes organization, management and support of all Lajna Imaillah activities at all levels throughout the year.
The General secretary’s duty includes collating, compiling and reviewing all activity reports of secretaries in all Regions.

This is the department responsible for the continuous learning of all our members across the country. The Taleem (Education) secretary does this by providing materials and guidance that’ll help us develop our knowledge on both religious and contemporary issues.

The Tarbiyya department helps us inculcate Islamic morals. This includes aiding us in the observance of Purdah while drawing attention to behaviours that may encourage the adoption of un-Islamic and unhealthy practices.

The Nau’mu Baiat department is responsible for the (spiritual) wellbeing of our new converts. The secretary follows up on all new converts to ensure they’re integrating well into the Jama’at while helping them to improve their religious knowledge.

The Tabligh department focuses on spreading the gospel of Islam and Ahmadiyyat to the world at large. The secretary does this by organizing events and activities to reach out to people and foster relations with people of other faiths. These help shed light of our beliefs and do away with misconceptions people may have about us while sustaining friendly dialogue.

The Rishtanata department is focused on helping our members start and build righteous lasting homes with their spouses. This is done through counselling sessions, events, and materials that aid the achievement of this aim.

The Tajnid department’s main duty is to handle registration at all our events throughout the year, provide reports on number of attendees, and review all information relating this. The secretary continuously works on how to ease to process of registrations and develop more efficient ways of collating required information.

This is our Health department, responsible for ensuring all members take their good health seriously. The secretary does this through conducting health examinations at some of our events, sharing health tips and materials that help members keep themselves and their families in sound health.

All health Secretaries must be prepared to read, learn and practice ahead of scheduled months to be able to deliver rich and robust lectures and answer all questions emanating from the members.

This department manages the completion and maintenance of all our projects across the country. The secretary provides periodic updates on all ongoing projects and how the finished ones are being managed.

Tahrik Jadid was established in year 1934 by 2nd Khalifah (Hazrat Bashirudeen Mahmud Ahmad) for the propagation of Islam. While Waqfe Jadid was established in year 1957, also by the 2nd Khalifah, to create a network of teachers who should be wholly devoted to provide the moral, spiritual and educational training to members.
